I work for a construction company out of Addison, IL. Our regular supplier didn't have a product in stock and this was the nearest location we could find that had our materials.. Blair made sure we had a seamless process from beginning to end and handled all issues with efficiency and everything went perfectly. They really saved us and we would recommend them to anyone! Horrible service from this location. Unreliable deliveries and return pickups, orders billed to the wrong jobs and no local accountability. After we pulled our business Ron Hansen and Bob Seyeller continue to publicly bad mouth presumably because we no longer do business there. Sadly other RP locations are better equipped and staffed, but this one doesn't live up to their usual standards.

One reveiw said Jordan was the best rep in town, my experience was the opposite of that, some of the 2x treated lumber anf the 6x6s wete good, the decking was horrible, they said it was premium but it indeed was not, I spent over 13k in materials building a deck last fall, most of it was purchased from Top Notch building supply in Pecatonica, the extra drive saved me hours of picking through junk wood at RP and dealing with an unprofessional rep at the counter.
