I currently purchased a vehicle from RPM Motors here in Lincoln, NE. I had to get a vehicle that would get me back and forth to The Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. The employees at RPM Motors played on the fact that I have medical issues. RPM Motors employees made a lot of verbal promises and rushed us through the paperwork. I had called the credit agency that they use and the credit agency informed me that RPM Motors played us hard. When I called to confront RPM Motors about the information I found out from the credit agency, I spoke with Ross (RPM Motors employee) he got very angry and started cursing at me in a very unprofessional manner. When I brought up the fact that Ross used to be an inmate at the Nebraska State Penitentiary, Ross started yelling so loud in the phone that my ear set on my phone distorted as he was calling me foul names. I asked Ross if he owned RPM Motors and he said no. I asked Ross if I could speak to the owner or person in charge. Ross told me they weren't in. I asked Ross for his boss’s name, he refused to give it to me and informed me that I was no longer welcome at RPM Motors. In my opinion this whole deal was a fraud. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to buy a car from this very unprofessional business. Please save yourself from the hassle of dealing with a lying and unprofessional business such as RPM Motors.

I purchased a cadillac deville from here years ago. It is still my daily driver and runs great. I also got a fair price on the car and they even lent me a loaner for a couple days while they tinted the windows for me. I always check their website first when looking at cars.
I purchased a Chevy Malibu from RPM Motors. Jason was great to work with. I feel that every aspect of my experience was above par.
I bought a Dodge Nitro from RPM Motors and they went above and beyond for me. It was a great experience. Ross was a great help.
It was a terrible experience, they cheated me out of my money and doubled the price on the vehicle. They were impatient the entire time, trying to rush the deal. They added 9,000 on top of the price of the car to which the salesman probably got as commission. How the bank approved this...I do not know. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. This shady dealership put me in a negative equity position and now I can barely get approved for anything to get out of this loan I'm so far flipped. What a horrible thing to do to another person.
Horrible experience. Smart people would never buy a car here. They are awful.
