I am a relatively new resident of Oak Ridge and recently reopened by firm. I leased office space from R&R because they have the nicest commercial properties in Oak Ridge for smaller tenants of which I am aware. The building and grounds are meticulously maintained, their responsiveness is unparalleled with regard to concerns, and the lease move-in situation was very flexible in view of my business situation. Also, having the advantage of multiple properties in the Oak Ridge area, additional flexibility is provided to move to other locations as the business scales. Highly recommended.

Recently began renting office space from R&R Properties and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. They were flexible and accommodating with getting the space exactly how I wanted it. Big help with signage which turned out amazing. Their price/ft is very reasonable. Terms were simple and clear. Agreement was easy to understand. They are always very quick to respond to questions and quick to act with any request. Custodial service has been excellent. VERY pleased.
