Great experience dealing with Charlie and the Co. As a whole. Charlie was professional, straightforward, and a great communicator! As we worked through the process of looking at the property, going through the application process and background check, to sealing the deal and getting the keys...Charlie was there for us, quickly and clearly. Having dealt with a few different property managers in my time I can say it was nice to have one be so disciplined and attentive, especially when having to deal with staying safe and sanitary through this Pandemic we are all dealing with.
