Wow, HORRIBLE first impression. I had a small electrical fire at 430am on Thanksgiving day today so I called at 1pm to see if they did complete Residential rewiring to get someone out tomorrow. When the man answered I said Happy Holidays and I apologize for interrupting his Holiday. I said I had a small electrical fire this morning and if they do complete Residential electrical overhauls. He said whats that? I said a complete rewire of the house. He was abrasive said, Hey its a Holiday and not a emergency, call during regular office hours and hung up the phone. I am shocked as I would think a fire is a emergency even if small. Glad I saw the character of this company before they came out. Shame on you for being so rude to someone.
