Dr. Khilnani is an amazing doctor to have! My wife was diagnosed with short-cervix in her second trimester and was termed high risk pregnancy with high likelihood to have pre term labor. Today we are full term and 39 weeks pregnant and full-term thanks to Dr. Khilnani management and support. Dr. Khilnani is not only great at her job, she is very patient to address any question or concerns and is always there in-person for our regular visits. She treats every patient and every visit with equal importance, which is a testament to the care she shows for everyone. My wife and I would recommend Dr. Khilnani to everyone. We are very lucky to have found her and through our experience in the last nine months she has become more a friend and great moral support for my wife and I!!

Great doctors are difficult to find, hard to leave and impossible to forget…. It’s taken me a few years and a whole lot of letting go of ‘bad-experiences-with-doctors’ to find Dr Rubi Khilnani. Dr Khilnani is exactly the amazing doctor I thought was impossible to find. From “simple” blood draws and in-office visits, to the oh-so-elusive surgery, Dr K is the friend, philosopher, guide and last but not least the fantastic surgeon I need. By the way, Dr K gives the most beautiful skin incisions— you can’t even see them! I have at times watched her perform miracles to say the very least. I would highly recommend Dr Khilnani and her team. Rest assured, when they say “we are here to help” they unequivocally mean it! :)

Would totally recommend Dr. Khilnani. She has lots of experience dealing with complicated pregnancies and was recommended to us as the best doctor to go with if you have any complications with the pregnancy. My wife has thyroid problems, so the obvious choice was to go with the best doctor available in the bay area. We did our research and chose Dr.K. We did not know that we were making a choice that could save us in near future - will talk about that later. It was easy to get appointments with Dr. K and their office staffs Natalie and Jackie were super friendly and ready to help all the time. The staffs and doctor were always ready to answer any questions we had. As a husband, this put me in a very good position. Every time my wife used to come back from the doctor with much more energy and peace of mind. Towards the delivery time, the doctor gave a heads-up that our baby's head is slightly big and may cause problems. During the delivery, which was normal, my wife experienced cervix tears due to that and that's when Dr. K became a God for us. I don't know how to explain the situation there; the doctor was calm but was in the beast mode to stitch things up and in getting the bleeding stop in no time. She literally saved my wife's life and I know that I will never be able to thanks her enough. The way she handled the situation in hand clearly shows how experienced and professional she is. If you are expecting a baby and wants to have that peace of mind, Dr. K is the doctor you need to go to. When I say Dr. Khilnani is our personal superhero, it is the highest compliment of which I am capable.

First things first, if I had a choice I would have given her a negative rating but unfortunately the lowest rating you can give is this! Dr. Khilnani never, I repeat she's never on time. The minimum amount of time that you would have to wait would be more than 1 hour! During the course of my pregnancy she was my Doctor for the first 2 trimesters. I once had an appointment at 11am and she takes me in at 2.30pm! Yes, that's right 2.30pm that is 3.5 hours late!! She would do unnecessary Ultrasounds, even when it is not required. She had done 4 Ultrasounds in my first trimester itself whereas I had read online that only 3-4 ultrasounds are needed throughout the pregnancy. During one of the ultrasounds she diagnosed me with an ovarian cyst. She said that nothing has to be done with the cyst and pregnancy is normal and healthy. She charged me separately for this whereas I had went in for a routine prenatal check up. During one of my visits we discussed about constipation as its very common to be constipated in first trimester. She charged me for that as well, whereas all this was a part of the prenatal check up. She showed those 2 problems as a part of my office visit and not prenatal visit for which I had to pay her 100 separately. When I argued with her billing department on this issue , they said that since she didn't deliver my baby they can show all my prenatal visits as my office visits and make me pay for all my visits! After a lot of argument and delay I ended up paying those 100. Trust me if you want to save your time and money, do not go to her ! I would not recommend going to her . I really didn't have a good experience!
