Arrived at 7 am to buy some lumber and they were having a staff meeting and wouldn't be opening until 8 am. Great! I guess I will sit outside in the truck and wait! Nope! I went elsewhere. You should be open if your posted hours say you are open. That way when people come to your business to give you money, you are available to accept the money that keeps you in business.

Shysters when it comes to Baltic Birch Plywood. I commented to someone the other day when I was buying Baltic Birch Plywood that the quality was terrible. Their response was \we sell BB/BB rated plywood that is allowed to have up to 6 football patches per face. If you would like higher quality we would be glad to order you a pallet at a higher price\. I counted the footballs on a piece when I got home - there are 11 on this face. They are selling BB/CP plywood as BB/BB.

A lady sent my order on the wrong truck that was supposed to be delivered on 09/3/2020 but advised it couldn't be delivered as promise until a week later. I had to drive three hours to pick up the material myself on 09/04/2020. I would strongly confirm the accuracy when placing an order with them. Time is money and it was an inconvenience to my business, perhaps a quality control should be inplaced when taking orders.
