I'm a woodworker / remodeler. This place is amazing. So many species of top quality hardwood. Great selection of sheet goods. Need hardware for drawers and doors they have that too. I have purchased a lot and a little. So don't think you have to buy them out to get great service and fantastic pricing. Oh did I mention the friendly staff. Love this place. Not sure if they are open to the public, but like I said I love this place.

Everything was fine, I was given my order that was placed, BUT the only thing that really bugged me was, I walked into your customer entrance and leaned against the desk waiting for someone to help me for about five minutes! There was five people behind the desk, two on phones helping people, one actually taking to a client but a lady pointedly avoiding me and a man looking very intently at his computer. I waited... It took time for another woman to get off of her call, turn to me and acknowledge I was there. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service from the two obviously free people! I had to go back in my car to get my credit card, when I came inside again I heard the rude woman say, \You should say something if you need help not just stand there...\ and then promptly shut up when she saw me inside. No, absolutely not lady! I am the customer and if you're available, you need to acknowledge me! Like the other lady who had been on the phone had! You obviously do not want to speak or deal with the public and went out of your way to avoid me! This is the kind of junk customer service that your front desk is demonstrating, Rugby! I was not happy at all. Very poor service, very disappointing
