3 hours to unload me. Nice enough people...There is a Pilot up the road that all the businesses use a a staging area before check-ins. Which is kinda cheap, because over the road drivers have limited space. They should put staging areas in these complexes. Other than that...Average at best.

The woman in customer service greated me with a smile, she was understanding because I told her that the security guard told me to drop my trailer and hook up to another which wasn't true so they live load me instead. Thanks

You can arrive at 6am but they don't open until 7. These people are on their own time.... yep one of those places. I checked in at 7:05 you have to wait for them to cut the seal in front of the door and that alone took them 49 minutes to come out and do. Once in the door it took them 1 hr to unload, they bring you the paperwork however that took another 2 hrs.....

Delivering a load here is the best experience. Very nice and friendly guard, very nice people that explain where to go. The place is super clean and organized. There is a round about where you can park and wait your appointments time. In and out in 1.5 hours.
