I was nervous at first to contact any technology experts because I had just had a terrible experience with a company that never answered my calls and put off work for over 18 months. So when I called Paul at Blackpoint Technology I was definitely a bit hesitant to start the process all over again. I read all of these reviews and took a chance with a local businessman. And boy did it pay off! Paul was a true professional. ALL of my concerns were addressed and old problems he dealt with and fixed immediately. He went on to address other issues in my home sound and networking system and all problems have been resolved. He also added new technologies to make everything work more cohesively and seamlessly. He answers calls and emails immediately. His work and estimates are plainly noted and done on a timely basis. Glad I found someone I can count on moving forward. Would highly recommend!
