I ordered a large strawberry milkshake and they gave me a broken straw!!! This is awful and a disgrace to the mr. softee name!! they couldnt even get me a cherry dip cone cause it wasnt working!! nonsense!!! 1 star worthy!!! this is an absolute disgrace to humanity!!

When I was a kid, the Mr. Softee truck came down Our street in Newark at 11:00-11:30pm in the summertime. We use to love waiting up for our night time treat.
This is one of the best ice cream places around ! Nate is completely wrong , kids social distance . That’s like telling a adult to stop complaining. I think they are doing a great job , giving these kids a ice cream on a hot day . Some people just complain about everything
Please stop bringing the truck through neighborhoods. Kids are lined up to get ice cream and at not staying a safe distance from each other . You are putting kids and your drivers at risk. It to mention other people in those kids lives. Also those parents that are home trying to keep kids happy ,healthy and focused on school do not need the extra burden of having to explain to young kids why they can’t get me softie Please act responsibly
The only thing I can say is my driver must not have been trained properly! He drives too fast, I can't get out the door quick enough! He needs to do like 4 miles an hour, a nice slow crawl. As long as there's no one behind them no harm no foul and he'll get more sales!
