i was recommended to use this print shop by a franchisor to do all my printings and menus . it took over 3 weeks to finish the menus . i asked them to do another work for my business but i have not received any reply or any help from them . their customer service is ZERO . they almost never reply to any emails and if they reply it will be too late by then . they don't care if it is an urgent situation when it comes to your business . it is almost a month now and still not heard from them about my business needs . stay away and save your money . i did finish my project with another printer in three days only .

THE WORST QUALITY! You get what you pay for. There is a reason they are cheaper then everyone else. We got crooked business cards, cut horribly, T-shirts faded and shrunk with one wash! Banner wrinkled and faded within 2 weeks. Not to mention Rae will sell your logo to anyone with some money...Do not trust this guy with your company logo or money. Anyone operating a business out of a storage facility seems a little odd anyways.
