Safety is not #1 they dont report all of their incidents...also the Ops are BS. Get paid to lie and smile in your face. Trust me an Ops Manager told me.. Great pay though if you die working.
A modern and spacious warehouse that's well lit and maintained. Workforce is highly disciplined and expected to maintain an extremely fast pace during operation. Management is supportive and is expected to maintain productivity goals. Opportunities for advancement are encouraged from the rank and file.
Good place to work, not for the lazy they get their 15 out of you for sure but they do listen to their employees. I believe that everyone should have a chance to work at or tour a Amazon Fulfillment Center. Work Hard, Have Fun, And Make History!!!
