I was shopping around for a new lease and spoke to numerous dealers. I wanted a simple transaction with numbers upfront and the negotiating done on the phone/email. Only two dealers were straight with me - Rusnak was one of them. They gave me a great deal, the showroom was well-organized and the people were amazing. Easily would recommend them to someone looking for a new car.

This is a review of the service department: I took my Alfa Romeo today for service. The experience was great. Andrew Lascano, the service manager that helped me was very attentive and took care of me quickly and professionally. There was absolutely no pressure for me to get anything extra done, which was great. I drove 1.5hrs to get service here and it was worth it. Would definitely bring back my Alfa.

Really great experience. They pulled my preferred car from the adjacent lot so that it was on site by the time I arrived, took their time showing me the car and during the test drive. Very easy and honest process completing the sale. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly during the whole process, can't say enough about the service or my new Guilia Ti. In fact, we will probably go back shortly to get another for my significant other. 5 stars no question.
