I have been getting massages from Russell for 4 years. He is always professional and knowledgeable about how to decrease my muscle pain or get rid of it altogether. He uses trigger point therapy to target the areas that tighten up on me between visits and is successful in releasing my tension. Before starting he asks what needs special attention and always spends extra time on these areas. He digs deep if I want and uses less pressure if I am too sore on a particular visit. His thorough treatment always leaves me satisfied and able to keep running or do my other exercises. I definitely recommend Russell for massage!
