Love picking up and dropping off there,the shop guys are the best,took very good care of my truck and did everything they could for me.

These guys said they would text when the load is ready. They didn't. When I asked them about it they said, \Some cellular carriers don't work on this system.\ I told them, \I have Verizon\. The lady said, \Well it should have worked.\ I told her it was ok and I finished out the rest of my 10. When I went to grab the trailer the next morning they had it 1,700 over gross. I asked them to remove 2,400 so I could add fuel and scale out. They refused to cut weight for fuel. I refused to haul the load. I'm happy to do business with just about anyone (including Tyson) but this was just bad business on their part. They told the broker the load weighed 42,658 lbs. I cant have a gross weight of 81,700 if that was truly what they put on the truck. Tyson added weight, expected me to haul it for the same price and wouldn't even work with me on fuel. They can go play with their chickens as far as I'm concerned. I refuse to come back.

Came in pretty late at night and was waiting to get loaded. A guy came outside, and when I asked him for help he yelled at me and told me than no one told \Corporal Punishment\ what to do. If you can avoid this place.
