Love this place. If you go? Stay the whole weekend. Enjoy some local flair and support local business. Bring an instrument....it doesn't matter what it is . Come out with a song in your heart and a bounce in your step. I will definitely be back next year.

The festival was a lot of fun. Good bands and good jamming. Lots of souvenirs you can buy. Plenty of food and home made ice cream. There's a shuttle to take you to the concert area from the parking lot.
This is the second year that we have attended the Winding Creek Bluegrass Festival, what a tremendous venue it is! Bob and Dwayne have all the kinks of a festival worked out, and it runs so smoothly here! The festival tickets INCLUDE free camping for the weekend! Absolutely beautiful grounds. Everything kept so clean, truly amazing. The best Festival in the state!!!
Fun event with good music. Tickets could be paid for with card but all the food was cash-only, which I think should have been communicated better. Porta-potties were clean and the property was clean. The shuttle drivers were very accommodating and happy to take me back to my car for a moment during the event to drop something off. Kind of expensive event for one day. Did not care for the religious or political rhetoric and warning that listening to other music types (rap in particular) would lead to being in a shootout in Chicago. Yes, please protect bluegrass music, but don't put other artists and genres down because you don't like them or have some incorrect, preconceived notion that other music types promote bad behavior.
Fantastic venue in nature out in the country.what a wonderful setting to enjoy traditional Americana music.

What a beautiful venue! Amphitheatre with a canopy covering of trees where you are shaded all day. Even in a misty rain, you stay dry. This is one you want to attend!
