School was great ! Stuff was so kind and friendly He showed us class tour. School was clean and fun. 14 yrs old boys enjoyed it for semi private English lesson. He left a wallet at class and school Called to say found it. He couldn’t believe it money and credit card back again. Wonderful school
We absolutely love GainVille Learning Center. We were fortunate to experience class in person, and really enjoyed the energy of all the teachers. Thankfully, Hannibal made it possible for the classes to continue virtually during covid, and my son enjoyed the transition! He loves watching Ms. Nieve and his classmates on the screen. Although, it was a major shift Ms. Nieve always makes it fun!
I come for one-on-one French tutoring and it has greatly helped me. Having a teacher all to myself has allowed me to learn at my own pace and form a strong relationship with my teacher.
I won a 1 month free session 4@ GainVille at the Clifton’s School 3 Tricky Tray. I took my two girls (4 and 7) for Italian Classes. The atmosphere is great, great customer service and teachers wonderful. Sitting in their cafeteria waiting for the kids with a nice warm cappuccino was a delight (don’t have to stay if you dont want to) A great way to spend your Saturday morning reinforcing culture in your children. I look forward to returning next season and hoping they have more flexible schedules for full time working parents.
This school is clean and very well maintained. And has such a lovely charm. You can tell the owner take pride in his school. I had the pleasure of meeting many of the teachers and peak into the classrooms while the kids were learning. They all had smiles on their faces. And the cafe is a great place to pass the time while waiting for your kiddos to be done with class. If you are looking for a language school for your children look no more!
Incredibly poor customer service. My son was signed up for a class for 2.5 - 3-5 year olds. He had just turned 2 two months prior. First day, I sat in and my son seemed very behind the other kids. This came as a surprise to me because my wife and I were told it would be a beginner class. The next scheduled class i arrived early to speak with the receptionist. She advised me that everyone in his class was no younger than 3 years old, and also had been in the class for several months. After speaking with the owner, Hannibal, i asked for a refund or at the very least a partial refund and just deduct the amount owed for the first class. Hannibal insisted that I wait until spring to start up again. He said that he would credit what i have already paid toward the spring. Even though after speaking with him It further assured that I did not want my son enrolled in his courses. Today I received a call from Hannibal. He stated that his spring course was beginning and that our son should start again. I then told him that I didn’t think my son was ready to start. My wife’s side of the family already speaks Spanish to our son. So I felt that would suffice for the time being. Hannibal refuses to refund anything. He further badgered me over the phone saying that i must be a “debt collector” because i wanted a refund.
My Spanish tutor was Maria, who was incredibly patient and encouraging. My verbal Spanish skills and Spanish grammar have improved by leaps and bounds thanks to her! Would highly recommend if you need a kind and effective Spanish tutor!
