I brought my car in for a recall, tire rotations, oil change and a noise in the left rear end. I was provide status as they worked on my vehicle. The mechanic took my car out for a test to hear the noise that I mention. After the mechanic made the repair, my service manager Dave came in and recommended that I take a test drive with the mechanic to ensure the noise was taken care. As we drove around I could still hear the noise, Dave asked the master mechanic to take my car out for a test to try to determine the noise. The master mechanic was able to determine what the noise was and parts required for repair. The parts were ordered and were in within a few days; repairs were made. I give all the credit to my service manager for ensuring that all repairs were completed; as this noise had been previously identified and not repaired.
