Awful customer service. We lost power on a Tuesday and had a delivery scheduled for Friday the same week (to power our generator). On Friday we were told the delivery was processed and an actual delivery would not be made that day. We were not even provided with a timeframe on a delivery. Apparently those who have medical equipment get priority, which we have, but obviously didn't speed up the process. Of course we run out of propane for over 24 hours and conveniently we finally get our delivery the day after power is restored in the area.

After 20 years of loyalty to this company our service has been cut off during the COVID pandemic when restaurants are struggling to survive because they said we had an outstanding payment from January of 2019 that infact was paid and deposited by the company. Is this even legal?
My elderly mother has been a customer for 14 years. She ran out of propane on Sunday. We called to get the tank filled and they were not willing work with her saying she had to pay upfront with a credit card before she could receive propane. The rep stated they do not accept cash or check on delivery. So now she switched to a different company that was willing to workout a payment plan. Paraco your customer service really sucks!!!! Your loss!!
I used Paraco to switch from oil to propane. And Joe Borgia is the company's best asset. He is professional and really cares about your situation. I originally thought that Wendy in dispatch/customer service was rude, but I later realized she is just direct and cares just as much as everyone else at Paraco. At the end I appreciated her honesty. Bottom line although customer service wasn't the greatest because of this, the job was ultimately done perfectly. Great installers.
When I called Paraco I was feeling quite annoyed, before Chris Ballen answered, pleasantly saying hello and asking how I was. Then Chris swiftly, decisively and kindly resolved my issue (I had received an invoice from Paraco even though I was no longer a customer and had my tanks removed). Chris' work clearly told me he is obviously competent at what he does. I’m glad that people like him exist in the customer service industry.
