I am a new customer to Rymes after waiting weeks for a return phone call from my previous provider. I could not have been happier with the prompt, courteous, and above and beyond service I received from Bob Couture and Steve Hartmann. What was supposed to have been a site visit appointment ended with the the installation of a new tank, removal and replacement of old gas lines and the hookup of my gas stove in a new location. None of that would have happened if it had not been for the incredible customer service they were willing to give. I have not seen that level of service in a long time. I was so impressed, I moved my oil account to Rymes that day as well!
