I have been a Rymes customer for about three years. They have always delivered promptly. Additionally, I have required service on my boiler and on my fuel tank. Both times, the repair person was helpful, kind, and efficient. More recently, I was confused about the balance on my account. My service representative Sarah, was so helpful! She took the time to really help me understand my account. She was clearly committed to helping me, and her standard for quality service is unmatched. I will definitely continue to use Rymes for my heating and propane needs.

In the middle of November I called Rymes for an oil delivery. Due to being low on funds, due to the pandemic, I asked if they would deliver 50 gallons. I was informed that she would have to ask the manager because it's a 100 gallon minimum. She responds by email stating, no. I know in the past (one time) they delivered me 50 gallons. In the email she attaches the past two years of deliveries and tries to claim it wasn't them. Where did all of the other years of invoices go? It was previous to the invoices she attached. I was with Fuller, and when Rymes took over, I stayed. I've been with the same oil company for 18 years and living in the same house. Needless to say, I easily found another company to deliver 50 gallons in my first call. I emailed Rymes for a fill, and never received a reply. Never once until now, have I not received a quick response. I called the next day and informed the service rep that I never received a response to my email. She looked up my account and stated that there wasn't a ticket entered for a delivery. This is definitely the last year with Rymes. There are far better local companies that will accommodate your needs.
I have been a Rymes Propane customer for over 3 years. I have been EXTREMELY happy with the service I have received. I can handle most of the things I need to do with my account online (which I prefer). However, the times I have needed to speak with a person I have called the Moultonborough office and have always received knowledgeable friendly service. I would highly recommend them.

Can someone explain to me. How a outstanding balance. For OIL gives you the wright. To remove my PROPANE tank when the PROPANE is paid in full. I am at a loss for words. And when I do set up a payment plan. To correct my mistake. I still have to wait till the entire bill is resolved. Before I get my PROPANE tank back for witch I have already paid for. Go figure.
Rymes has filled our fuel oil tank twice, and we are perfectly satisfied with them. That said, I want to comment on the two one star reviews here. First, to "AP Fishing": one star reviews with no details are useless, unfair, and should not be allowed. Tell us why you give a negative review, or keep it to yourself. And to "mpo Oconnor": please learn to present your thoughts in a cogent manner, and study up on the use of punctuation, before attempting to communicate via the written word. That way people reading your reviews will have some inkling what you are talking about.
As a previous customer for 12 years, when the thought of buying a new home came to me and I learned that the house was only built with electric heat, the 1st thing I thought of was contacting Rymes to add propane! The customer service I've received from them over the years always exceeds my expectations! From an emergency delivery on Christmas day, to the proactive help of their customer service team in the event of making my new purchase, I have always been both pleased & thankful to be a Rymes customer! They were originally recommended to me years back, and I would recommend them anyone looking for a fuel company that offers competitive pricing and exceptional customer service.
