I like getting parts and ordering thing for my boat here they are always knowledgeable and quick and courteous.

Jimmy and Amanda are always looking to satisfy me as a customer. Their estimates have been spot on and if they go over, I always get a call or if we've agreed in advance to \do what it takes\ I always get a good explanation for what was different. Jimmy has helped coordinate getting a custom made ski bar for my boat, helped with maintenance questions and generally been an all around pleasure to work with. I've found them very helpful on parts and service; I'm not sure why the other reviewer found them clueless.
