Maybe they are good at Oil changes, but NEVER EVER take your car here for any repairs. Their mechanics are incompetent. I brought a car here to get inspected, and they said it required new plugs and coils. They damaged one of the coil connectors, but told me the problem was due to a leaking valve gasket, which they then charged me a lot of money for. It never fixed the problem, and they told me my car was basically too far gone to bother fixing, blaming it on a bad cam lobe. I took it to a REAL mechanic, who diagnosed the broken coil pack connector.
I had a state inspection here and was out very quickly. Very nice customer service and professionalism.
Was eating lunch next door. Watched these people change oil on this car, then it started smoking so bad I had to roll my windows up. Two employees drove the car around and it was still smoking. Nice reply from the owner. Care to explain what happened here? Asking for a friend, would not recommend going to this location or any “kwik lube” type place for that matter. Gonna go ahead and edit this review thanks to the the response from the owner: The employee in the drivers seat was visibly ashamed of himself and was chain smoking. Sounds like he broke something. Overfilled the oil? Would be nice if the owner just provided a simple explanation instead of a deflection. And yes, this display of lunacy was enough to convince me never to trust your establishment. First impressions matter.
