This is a cool place to live. So close to the river and lots of wildlife. I've never had a bad experience with the office or with getting things fixed. Mike the maintenance guy is awesome. He is a very caring person always willing to help people out. Mike keeps the property looking nice and feeling like home. Mike is one of the reasons I signed a new lease.

I have lived at the property for, coming up on, 10 years. I love it here. Management changed when it became Apex on the River, the the staff is as excellent as was when it was managed by the staff from La Riviera Commons. Thank you Parvenah (so?) and Leslie. The maintenance staff if excellent (kudos to Mike - he is fantastic). I highly recommend this property.

EDIT: We payed everything off that they have sent us, and months later we get a letter in the mail to pay off the left over debt we have. We never got any emails saying we owed more money and were shocked to see this. Truly did not think it could get worse but here they are, asking for MORE money. Any other complex would be better than living here. ORIGINAL: Never recommending this place to ANYONE. I lived here when it was La Riviera Commons, and moved back when it became Apex on the River. This was a big mistake because the new management is money hungry and will find any excuse to take your money. My first time living here I received a complete refund of my deposit, however this next time they took my deposit and then some! I also had an agreement with them to move out one month early and they stated that the apartments were fully booked, meaning my apartment would likely sell fast. This would allow me to move out and get a refund on my rent. I should have never trusted them! The took their time in selling my apartment and had plenty of others on the market, and essentially stole my money for one whole month, delaying the new tenants move in date until after my lease is up. Do not trust them and only move there if you want your money unfairly taken. Not only this, but if you have maintenance troubles, good luck getting them fixed. I had a leaking ceiling and an old bathroom fan that they had said they would fix and never did. If you want to speak to them over the phone good luck with that as well, I constantly call and can never get an answer.

This place is great! I lived here a few years back and loved it then, and decided to move back at the end of 2019 and it's just as amazing as it was previously. Management has been so helpful and professional during the Covid-19 issues. The head manager has made every effort to keep myself and other residents informed. They have really made a difficult time easier. After looking around at other apartments and houses for rent I firmly believe this is the best bang for your buck. Safe, clean, managed well and well maintained with lots to offer.
