As a financial institution that only works with the police and people associated with the police, I’m not sure why they have information available making it seem as if the general public can get accounts here but it’s not the case; as someone not originally from California, I showed up attempting to join. I can definitely say they did a poor job explaining their business and it’s purpose without having to actively search for the information, it’s easily missed due to not being a point they make as soon as you click their website, I don’t feel it’s responsible to advertise this to everyone when such a small group of people will be allowed access.

Open my account in 1980. They have always there when you need them. Polite, professional and confidential. Online access is wonderful when traveling. We have purchased 5 new cars and travel trailer and every purchase was efficient, no delays, easily accomplished with minutes.

Awesome credit union to bank with. They offer a lot of different accounts and many loan solutions. Great employees who really care about you and your needs. Have been with them for 23 years. Excellent credit union. They also Give back to the community in times of need. Would never go back to a big bank.

Cheater Stories Podcast

They have great customer service but their website and app suck which is something I rely on heavily, how else can I keep track of my account. Most of the time I cant view past transactions. They really need to upgrade these and keep up with the times.
