The taiyakis here took me back to Japan. The fillings aren't traditional, but the way they make the fish with mochi flour is very close to what I had in Japan. It wasn't just crispy but also soft and sticky at the same time. The taiyaki was just the right sweetness so that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet with the custard filling and was well-complimented by the cheese/pizza filling. I also bought the pineapple Dole whip, but I only got to taste a little bit after wrangling it from my kid. The other kids ate theirs so fast that you would never have known they had their own! Come try the taiyakis and help keep Chibi Chibi in business!
