Committed Elite Response Team has been a part of our housing development for the past year. Within our development, we have gone through three different companies before Committed Elite Response Team was brought on board. As a community of owners, we all have witnessed an absolute positive change in how the safety and security of our development continues to drastically change, bringing a since of comfort and safety within our community. To give examples of their work ethic: they continually provide a show of presence through continuous patrols throughout the neighborhood day and night, their response time to calls has been more than adequate and in some aspects faster than my own expectations, and the officers and owners dedication to professionalism, attention to detail, and sound judgment has been above reproach. For any business, housing development, apartment complex, or private establishment in need of a reliable, committed, and dedicated security company, Committed Elite Response Team can’t be outmatched.

I have been impressed with Committed Elite Response Team’s service. They were hired by our homeowner’s association about a year ago. The few times we have had to call, dispatch has been quick to answer and very polite. The officers responded quickly and followed up with us either before or after to let us know the result of the situation. I routinely see them driving through the neighborhood to keep an eye on things and spending time outside the pool area making sure only residents are using it. As a female that is occasionally home alone with two small children, I feel much better knowing they are available for anything I might need.

I was scheduled for an interview because I applied for a security position here. I scheduled for Monday 2pm. I show on up on Monday at 145pm and the door is locked, office closed.. I wasted my time sitting there until 210pm and then left. So much for committed. Response was that I never confirmed my interview. I never received a call/text/email to confirm. The only communication given was the first initial call. Not only that, these guys are suppose to be open 24 hours. Not 23, 22 or anything. 24.

These guys were excellent. I run a public event that brings in under 1,000 individuals. The gentlemen from CER were flexible, easy to talk to, and handled all of our minor issues with grace and without incidence. I would highly recommend this firm and I plan on using them again.
