Would like to thank elijahRVs for the relief , recovery, and great opportunity to visit my parents in Texas during the Covid period! Had an awesome time in the Rv being fully self contained, clean, full of fresh water as well as propane, and equipped with a Rv fresh water hose * being extra long, convenient, easy to use electricity cable, and sewer hose. We took the the 32ft with two slides sleeping ten people, having two dinette tables inside, full size slider bunk, convertible dinette table as well as couch, one person slider bunk, restroom, shower, kitchen: microwave/ oven, double sink, vent, swing tv. Worked perfectly fine and we had a blast by enjoying the TV with my parents, cooking a family dish, and simply enjoying the moment. The booking process was very simple, fast, convenient, and made our day :) ! Phones were picked right away : if not answered: text was sent. Notifications were received about confirmation of the Rv being booked, of an upcoming rental, and what to be ready for a Rv trip. Day of the pick up, we were greeted and welcomed upstairs to their office. The staff later on helped and assisted in purchasing insurance from them. Took a couple minutes. Next, we created a payment and were off to a walkthrough. A detailed explanation on how the unit operates, how to operate the slide, awning, how to empty gray / black tanks, and lots more:)!!! All of our questions were answered. Finally, we were all set , received business card: service line, signed check out sheet and were exciting to start driving. No breakdowns. Will come again.
