AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! We were lied to right away. “11,000 out the door” NOPE 13,000. We were told “anything goes wrong for the first year and you are covered “ NOPE! “We guarantee everything will work.” NOPE! Toilet leaks, stereo does not work, holding tank indicators say they are 3/4 full all the time, we were told the propane tanks were full,? They were not! The water heater won’t light on propane. Floor has water damage. Lie after lie after lie. Francesca lied to our face and then denied it. Horrible business practices and ethics.

Happy Daze RV has been great! It’s a relaxed atmosphere there and they have friendly and knowledgeable sales people. We’ve been there a few times now and have had Dora, Steve and Dan show us around and they all have been really helpful. We’ve spent the most time with Dora who is quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful in providing answers to our questions. Happy Daze carry the Grand Design RV’s which are nicely built with a lot of nice amenities. The pics attached are of the Reflection 240RL 5th wheel.

I didn't buy an RV so it's hard to really rate them. My buddy bought there years ago and had a poor experience. I'd advise due caution on any large purchase especially if they have a spotty track record. edit: I got a snotty remark that I had no right to leave a review unless I purchased from them. Quite to the contrary I feel that any interaction with a vendor is fair to judge. Frankly the response makes me feel like I'd get the same level of concern were I to run in to issues with a purchase. This is directly in line with my buddies experience some years ago. (Had issues with his new trailer purchase and got no love getting it resolved) Maybe the COVID run on RV's makes them feel like they hold the cards so we better be nice to them if we want to get dealt in.

I took my Tiffin to Happy Daze in Sacramento to have some minor work done. The ladies behind the desk are nice and very helpful . My technician Mo has great costumer service. MO explain everything that was done and took the time to answer all my newbie questions. I feel good knowing he worked on our Tiffin open road 36LA . Thanks guys!

Great experience for the beginning to the end. Glad we finally pulled the trigger on our recreational vehicle. Kids love it and we can’t wait to put it to use!
