I was recommended this lawyer through a friend in regards to appealing a BRN decision to let me take my nclex. My background cause me to get denied to test. Mr. turner never let me feel like I was alone and he was literally a phone call away. He gave me all the details and kept me in the loop with everything. He also tells you how it is and what the outcomes may be. This man gets the job done and in the end my appeal was reversed. I wish I could give more stars!
I reached out to Jonathan, looking for someone to help me with the denial of my licenses from the Department of Insurance, due to misdemeanor drug charges from 6-7 years ago. He assured me we had a good chance at fighting this and possibly come to a resolution before my hearing date. I hired him on 8/25, and we began the mitigation process. Within 1 month the Department of Insurance had agreed to approve me for a fully functioning “restricted” license, (obey all laws for 3 years).
