Leonardo yelled at me was very unprofessional because I refused their load they knew the load would be oversized instead of mentioning that in rate confirmation and paying the proper rate for permits to ship an oversized load they want you to take the risk to run it illegally and yell and get aggressive when you refuse the load.
Not sure why they are still in business I've been buying from them for several years and they are very disorganized there is no communication within the business and you better check the quality of what they give you before you leave because they'll laugh at you if you have a problem later no support from an industry supplier we count on to support us and give us quality products and make sure that you get your quote in writing because if you don't they will not honor their pricing and change it at their discretion sometimes even from the time you order to the time you pick up wow
Sent me away. Said they were wholesalers only. Told me that a good place was “around the corner”. Plain BS. Could it be bc I wasn’t white?
