I have been wheelchair bound for the past year and NUMTION was the company that was selected by 3rd party for my medical need. NUMOTION is the worst! Trying to deal with their local department is disgraceful as far as customer service and repair needs. It has been over two and a half months in dealing with them (when they decide to acknowledge) and still I have been put on hold. If you are able to choose from another medical supply company, DO NOT USE NUMOTION!

I just called and asked the lady if she could help find me the right size armrest reliever hardware to fit my Tilite chair i purchased from them, she was not helpful at all and suggested i go talk to the people i purchased the armrest from.
I am currently waiting for approval and more fittings for a power chair. These people know their business and are so thorough, they come to your home and meet with your physical therapists to gain input. They are honest about what insurance will allow and what problems we might have gaining approval. Scott is my go to guy at NuMotion. Be He really listens to me and I feel he will try his best to get me what I most need. While the approval process may take months, they will still have me come to try out any modifications, to ensure a good fit. I have full confidence in them. And have a reassurance that if things change significantly, they will be ready to help. The staff are friendly. The place itself is clean and offers coffee, teas and cocoa, plus ice cold water for their clients. I can highly recommend them.
Third time in working with them,as my DME and they have been wonderful. Exceeds expectations, they are informative, communicative and are very good at their jobs. Wheelchair repair feels like brand new chair.
It is always frustrating when you need new medical equipment or your current equipment needs repair. The process is always going to be slower and harder than you hope. The Numotion staff are very good about working with insurance and making sure things are done right. They have been very responsive and try their best to make things as convenient as possible. When we have had to deal with other companies, the service and professionalism has always fallen far short of what we have come to expect from Numotion.
