This was my second time going here. First, did order suit jacket and pants. Second, had ordered tux jacket and shirt. Both experiences were great. The guys know their stuff and very welcoming and professional. The quality of the product was top notch, fit’s perfectly as it is custom made for my own size, breathable jacket, and I got a ton of compliments with it. Will be waiting for my tux for my wedding.

I will undoubtedly return to R. Douglas for any of my custom clothing needs. Chuck was a fantastic help for me every step of the way while selecting all the options for my wedding suit. Every. Single. Detail. All is up to you as you go through every aspect of crafting your clothes. Chuck was able, and willing, to help me maintain my budget without sacrificing anything, except for my excitement about future suits and pieces made here. The amount of compliments I received on the suit at our wedding might have a slight effect on my ego, but this is my burden. Thank you to everyone at R. Douglas, most notably Chuck! I will be back!

I went in for my second custom made suit today. I have also gotten a custom made blazer from R. Douglas before. Each time I am blown away with the client service that I am provided with. Luke and Travis are fantastic. Travis helped me build a navy suit today and although the turnaround time is 4-5 weeks, I am already excited about my suit and know it will look awesome. The attention to detail that these guys offer is unparalleled. What really wowed me was this extra mile that Travis went: we had finished the suit consultation itself (great as usual), and I had gotten two pieces made before which both fit well, so I assumed we would keep the same measurements and I would be on my way. Travis, with his discerning eye, suggested I try on a trial jacket anyways before we finalized. Based on the way that it fit, he ended up making alterations to the bicep and shoulders. He said he had a hunch my measurements were not accurate and asked if I had been keeping up a new workout regime. Ego stroking and jokes aside I had in fact been hitting the gym and experienced some changes in size since my last jacket a year ago. What was impressive was Travis was not the person who helped me with my previous suits - today was my first time meeting him. He determined the necessary changes just by looking! Keep up the great work R. Douglas!
