Monica and her team are dedicated to professionalism and responsiveness. I've had a situation at the City of Sacramento as media and communications manager where we needed immediate assistance in translating a survey into an additional five different languages than anticipated. They reacted like superstars - even with time differences with translators from around the world. There may be firms with lower bids, but you will also not experience as high of customer service and quality and knowledge of culture.
