There bagels hands down best in Bergen county...I don’t know what these other people are on, maybe the people in the store don’t like them idk but I go there everyday and besides it being fast the food is amazingly high quality and there service is unbeaten in the bagel/deli industry. I work as a Courtesy service specialist at sojo spa club so I know what good customer service is and that “bad” people don’t receive good customer service BAGEL BROS DON’T EVER CHANGE!!!

Rude associates that don’t know what time they close. Door says 3 menu says nothing and the associate says 2. I asked them if they deliver they said no they do not. But clear as DAY on their menu it says free local delivery 10 minimum. Food is bland at best. When calling they NEVER answer the phone. If by some miracle you get them they leave you on hold then hang up. Management should fire the lot of them and rehire a whole new staff!
I tried to place order and was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. Horible service
