Andy has went above and beyond helping me to get the proper dies for my punch press. Andy had been extremely helpful and have answered any and all questions I have had. I’m not sure that I have ever dealt with nicer people! I would highly recommend doing business with Siska Inc.

I had been working with one of their grommet machines for almost 2 years! I knew when it came the time to purchase my own I knew I would be going with Siska. I called the company to confirm the exact machine I wanted and what my use was for and they were wonderful to work with. I scheduled a day and time to pick up my machine and drive it back to New England. Everyone I worked with was fantastic, easy to work with and was very detailed oriented when it came to ensuring I knew everything about my new machine. I'm so happy with the machine and the people I worked with. I would highly recommend Siska, Inc. for your grommet machine needs!

What an incredible experience I had with Andy and Jackie from the Siska, Inc team! I own a business in California and the stainless steel dies I bought from another company were being demolished by the industrial power of the machine. It took me almost a week to find someone who knew the machine my production team was working with and I finally found Andy, he truly took the time to listen to my problem. I sent him some photos of the type of machine I had, and after hearing what my challenges were, he let me know I needed a specific type of die and I was not using the correct material. I needed a tempered steel die, not a stainless steel. He and his team quickly fashioned one for me in two days and had it to me by the end of the week. I found the price to be extremely fair seeing the company that sold me the stainless steel dies wanted 100 more to custom make a die that would fit and it would take 7-10 days to complete. Once I got the dies I needed from Siska, one thing I noticed, they etched TOP and BOTTOM on each of the dies, so my team would know which way they went into the grommet press. The first try, my super smart team put the dies in the wrong way! After noticing they had been etched, they put them into the correct and they worked like a dream! Jackie took care of all the billing and even used my company UPS number to send the dies straight away. I couldn't be happier with the speed and service from the Siska team! Thanks Andy and Jackie!!

I went to Siska yesterday to pick up a tabletop hand press, a die set, and grommets. Scott went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and all the questions I had! This place is definitely worth checking out! The staff is VERY knowledgeable in their field of work! I will definitely recommend Siska to other people I know in the industry!
