If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They don't care about the residents at all when I called for emergency maintenance the lady basically laughed at me and told me to deal with it. 6 apartments flooded and a one of the occupants had to shut the water off. This place is horrible and definitely will be hearing from my lawyer after all of this. I have lived here for 3 years now and not once have the done what they said they would

I love living at the Saddle Creek Apartments. Not only are the staff great, but Stephanie and Allison are amazing. Stephanie and Allison go above and beyond to help there residents when needed. Thank you so much. Roel Gonzales Saddle Creek Apt. 2001

Like the review said below me, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Several problems, especially with security. Packages go missing and the mail boxes have been broken into the THIRD TIME TODAY! They refuse to fix the front gate, where the mail boxes for saddle creek are located. I recently spoke to them about increasing security, obviously frustrated because medication and my private information was stolen today and they said and I quote, \are looking into getting cameras\ and \talking to vendors\ about fixing the front gate. After several months of missing packages and three mailbox break ins. They need to understand that we are frustrated with their (lack of) response and (absent) security measures. Ignorance and refusal of their end to increase security has resulted in the continuous break ins. If you value your sanity, security, and money, PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. And also do not bother to read the recent 4-5 star reviews, they have contests to write in favorable reviews in order to win deals on rent or gifts.

Dont get too excited about the dog wash station. Despite informing the office before that the dog dryer wasn’t working they have yet to fix it. It’s been over 9 months I can’t use the dryer, as soon as you turn it on, it stinks soo bad you have to leave the facility. Not to mention the you can’t even give your pet a bath anymore because their has been a hole in the tube for about a month. Happy they’ve begun closing the gates however, they won’t put a dial box on the left gate, you’re forced to only enter through the right gate and go completely around the complex to get to the other side.

We’ve owned homes and rented, both apartments and houses, and find our 2/2 at Saddle Creek Apts is very much to our liking! My wife and I like we can communicate with the staff, maintenance & office, and when needed, have access to the management here (rarely needed). Until the current virus crisis, we also enjoyed nearly monthly resident occasions like on the spot prepared omelette breakfasts. The pool is a dream for our 7 year old grandson, and my favorite so far, are the large number of trees with (for Austin) an unusually large percentage showing off brilliant fall colors this past year. Look around other complexes, but I’d suggest giving this location a good look! Walking trails are nearby. Downtown Austin is near but not “too” near, the Hill Country is even closer, and the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is a short drive away.
