I have had Jesse replace a mechanical lock on one of my other safes in the past and he did our safe at the shop. Jesse is a great guy to work with and takes the time to understand your needs. He never makes you feel like you are bugging him or acts like he has other things to do, he is 110% there for you. He ordered me my new Fort Knox safe with all the options available and a few custom add on's. He is a pro when it comes to delivering the safe, really cares about safety and not damaging anything. Those 5 star reviews are absolutely legit! I read those 2 knucklehead reviews in disbelief. We are in the process of moving to AZ and needed a quality safe to replace the unit to be sold with the house in Oregon. I believe that moving the new safe is as important as the safe itself and reasoned that Safe City would be a logical choice for both. I emailed Jesse from OR after business hours on a SATURDAY and got a reply the SAME NIGHT........... who does that anymore?! It was arranged that on my arrival in Mesa, the safe I would purchase would be delivered within 48 hours if needed. The minute I walked in the door and spoke with Jesse Crosby I knew it was the right choice. Jesse had the Fort Knox safe that would fit my requirements with a no-nonsense, professional assessment of my needs and the delivery scheduled before I had to return to OR. The delivery? On time, efficient and professional with the emphasis on care. Service and value at this level is rare and I would recommend that if it's important to you, then Jesse at Safe City is the only choice. Could not be happier with Jesse and his service with Safe City. I was in serious need to downsize 2 large lockers for 1 really big one. He went out of his way to get me all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself and family. I was going to spend too much on all the options that I had selected, and he guided me towards a better product, and even saved me money. They went above and beyond to deliver the safe, set it up, and even took in the other two in on trade. Thank you again. When we decided we had out grown our store bought safe and needed to upgrade we did a lot of research to find the best dealer in the area. It didn't take long to settle on Safe City. The entire experience from model shopping to delivery was simply incredible and smooth. Jesse's support does not end at the sale. When I had a question long after the sale, Jesse responded quickly and helped me out even though they had just closed for the day. That kind of customer support is way too rare these days!
