Great service, great staff. We were fortunate they had an opening for us.

Hope, Tyler, Carter have been the biggest help at the marina for fuel and ice cream. They deserve a 1-2 raise! They are good people

Wonderful experience. Blake assisted us with getting us out on the water. The experience of renting and the pontoon boat we rented were great. Great price great location and helpful staff. Will return in the future.

On June 25, 2020 we rented a pontoon boat from Safe Harbor Westport. I have rented a pontoon boats from Westport over the past four years approximately 3 to 4 a year. I have never once had a problem. The Dock Help have been very thorough and helpful when preparing you to depart. They always show you the propeller and allow you to take a picture of each side. On June 25 I took a picture of one side and ask the dockhand how the other side looked because my side had chips in it. He said it looked all right So I didn’t take a picture of the other side. WRONG!!! That was my first mistake! We went out as usual and The boat was leaking under the steering console. Came back after our four hours; and docked. I went up to pay for the gas. The manager was called to our boat to discuss something. I asked what was going on and was told that we had damaged the propeller. I went over to to see and there was damage on the side of the propeller I had not taken a picture of. I watch the depth finder very carefully while boating and we never ran aground. We didn’t damage that propeller!! No amount of talking mattered it was clear they wanted their 110 fee for that propeller. This group is completely different than the experience we’ve always had in the past. I didn’t know until reading all the reviews that this management had changed. I will never again use this company and I am warning you THEY WANT FEES ANY WAY THEY CAN GET THEM!
