Safe Side Security has gone above and beyond for securing our home. They are up to date on all of the latest home technology, and have gotten us set up with so many cool home features like monitoring and controlling our garage door and thermostat on their easy to use app. No more circling around the block double checking if I forgot to close the garage door! Their staff is very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend Safe Side Security to anyone who wants complete peace of mind that themselves and their loved ones are completely safe!

Safe Side Security is an amazing local outfit with prompt customer service.Everyone I have had contact with has been extremely professional from the installation technicians to the office staff. I feel confident in leaving my home knowing my assets are protected by Safe Side Security. The ability to turn on my thermostat before I get home from work on hot days, or not have to drive back around the block to make sure I closed the garage door or turn my porch light on while on vacation are just added bonuses. We've used SafeSide for several years. They're more expensive than other companies, but I justified the cost, thinking that I was paying more for my family's safety. Boy, was I wrong! Our fire alarm went off the other evening, due to my less than stellar cooking. I expected SafeSide to promptly call me like they had before, to make sure everything was ok and to turn off the alarm. Well. . . none of that happened. The alarm went on. . . and on. . . and on, and no one ever called me. I finally called SafeSide (what am I paying them for?!) and the dispatcher told me I'd have to pay extra, because this happened after hours (it was probably 7 pm or so). After agreeing to disagree, she said she'd call the technician. I waited on hold. . . and waited, and waited. No one ever picked up the phone, or even let me know what was going on. I finally got so frustrated I hung up. I expected I'd receive a call back, but no call back at all. . . not that evening, and not the following day. I called SafeSide the next day and spoke with their VP. She told me that SafeSide did not receive the fire alarm notice from my home (she also told me that looking at our data, there had been errors, plus she was aware that similar units to ours had been failing. . . but they never let me know that). She also told me that the dispatcher had called the on-call technician and there was no response. The dispatcher then called the manager and. . . surprise, no response. The dispatcher finally called someone on their personal cell phone, and they answered. . . but neither that person or the dispatcher ever bothered to call me back. For a company that deals with a family's safety, I was absolutely shocked that they don't have robust processes and safeguards in place. I'll be moving my business away from SafeSide.

Excellent customer service with well-trained and clean installers. Very professional staff and the most advanced security options available. Same local owner for decades that is still very involved and knows the entire area well. Trustworthy from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

I canceled their service because they were very rude people so after an hour the fire inspector show up on my door step saying that we have a complaint that my fire alarm is not working so bad customer service the fire inspector was ver nice and i explain to him what happen he understand and check every thing ok and left
