Mike was very friendly, yet professional. This was the best experience I have ever had with a security system. He was upfront about everything, answered all my questions, very detailed, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. He made sure everything worked properly and that I understood how to navigate and work the system before leaving. The quality and resolution of the cameras are awesome. I was very impressed.
