Everything is horrible! In the beginning of the process they are the best, until you sign their contract. I had a business back in 2010, which I had to close on 2013. I called the company to tell them that I was no longer at the location and wanted to cancel and the customer service was no help, she gave me the run around. Had me waiting for almost 2 hours and I ended up giving up. Then I emailed the company many times and no replies. I am disgusted with the company I will be reporting it to the better business bureau. Every year I’m giving this company approx. 500.00 a year. Please do your research before getting this company at your home or business.

don’t give this company your service. they promote employees drinking on the job and hire men who try to sleep with and take advantage of every women that walks thru their doors. the environment is toxic, unhealthy, unsafe and one of the coworkers (Jeff, don’t give him your service) gets drunk on the job, mentally abuses his wife and cheats on her while at work. workers stay late and don’t do work, but they drink and sleep with each other and spend overwhelming amounts of time on their phones. I see every review on here is poor, let this be the one that turns you away from giving this company your business. Owner also cheats on his wife and gets his male coworkers to cover for him and do the same! talk about a group of absolute abusive people. learned first hand when my relationship was ruined by the TOXIC and SEXUAL environment promoted here!

This company is the worse company i ever dealt with. Customer service is horrible. I called regarding my service is not being monitored and I'm paying. I want to know what I'm I paying for. I am so disappointed in the service this company provides. Their quote, \ blankets of protection you need\; where is the protection.
