Visited here randomly and for the first time. Such a cute house for this location. The atmosphere quaint and what I love about Florida...outdoor seating amongst the palm trees, low lighting and fine dining. The service was great and food was beyond expectation. The seared tuna was seared to perfection. The jasmine rice so flowery tasting. I also got the edamame side. Delectable! Just enough salt and lime to tease the taste buds and want more after I was done. Presentation was great as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Marker 39 is fantastic all around and my friends and I enjoyed a delightful dinner there. We sampled and shared several dishes, all of which were freshly prepared and delicious! The chef came out and checked in with us to see how we were enjoying our food (always a thoughtful gesture) and our server was enthusiastic, friendly and excellent! They have a lovely tropical outdoor patio which is pet friendly as well. This is a spot I plan to return to again and again!

At first we were mistaken we thought that we were pulling up at someone’s residencet but it’s a very quaint little restaurant the chef actually cooks the meals each day prepped meals each day. The ambience here is really nice inside or outside seating as soon as we walked in we were welcome by the very friendly staff. The food was good. I would recommend this little spot. We had brunch which they only serve on Sundays. The dinner menu looks amazing. Maybe next time we come we will try dinner.

5 STAR. This place is no joke. One of the best meals I've ever had, start to finish. Warm caprese, mahi, seafood paella, lava cake, donut, coffee on point, first class service, presentation, taste, setting.
