We love saffire. Every time I need help they are always there and are so knowledgeable. One time I broke part of my tank and instead of trying to push a new one on me the staff fixed it right up for me at no charge. Last week I was excited for the holiday flavors and called to check if they were available. They were out but graciously found another location near by that had it in stock. I have never left there being anything less than satisfied! It's literally the only shop in Maryville I can say that about.

Great service made a quick stop after calling in and purchased a pen battery. Gentleman on site was attentive to the phone (he picked up right away) he answered my question so I dropped in to purchase. He was also friendly when I visited 12/29/18 7:30 pm

I dropped my vape at work while I was on break and shattered the tank, in a panic I knew I had a short amount of time so I drove to sapphire which is close to my work and the guy behind the counter was very understanding and helpful. He fixed me right up and I was back to work on time to finish my break. Thank you sapphire vape!
