My wife needed compression stockings and didn’t want to return to any of the other medical supply stores we had used in the past where we had problems with customer service and waiting on orders that were never placed because someone screwed up. Saginaw Medical services was such a breath of fresh air. Made my wife feel comfortable and went above and beyond to measure and fit her perfectly with exactly what she needed. In stock!!!!walked out of the store with them same day. Marlene was knowledgeable and friendly and another one of the reasons my family will return to Saginaw Medical Services in the future. They’ve definitely earned our trust. We also used them for a knee scooter after foot surgery in December 2019 and they had no problem billing out insurance and taking care of everything so we could be on our way with the knee scooter rental. Perfect “transaction” Highly recommend!

A joke. Lady wouldn’t even run our card to check if insurance would cover it, but she refused to check and then said we need to pay for the scooter up front. (It’s covered by the way) After my friend said “we will just go somewhere else” and some chick named rose said “okay, have fun.” Disgusting.. they only want money.

Very disappointing experience shopping for a lift chair. Sloppy and uninformed customer service. Store policies that prevent customers from getting Medicare discounts and no free delivery. There are better options in Saginaw.
