This haunted house deserves 5 stars however I think it’s staff is holding it back. The production value of the house is fantastic, and we had an amazing time. Well worth the price of admission, and without spoiling anything the actors inside did an absolutely amazing job. However, the staff working the front were very unprofessional and after the 20 minutes of waiting in line (they are not efficient at moving the line) it turned from being “scary” to just flat out rude. The comments the staff made in an effort to “play their character” became tasteless, hurtful, and insulting. I completely understand it’s a haunted house and to a point they mess with people in line, but there has to be a line between playing the character and just being flat out rude and insulting to paying customers. I would recommend this house to anyone, but I would also recommend drawing guidelines for how the front door staff interact with customers.
Didn't open in 2019 and not open now. Good riddens. They didn't help old town at all just destroyed an historical building that was already remodeled for a restaurant before they wrecked the place and closed down.
I went to this after going to Exit 13. Hands down better. The rooms were scarier and the actors were more interactive. 10/10 would go again.
So scary it gave me the runs, left a trail from the back door to my car. I dont think the smell will ever come out. I hate the clowns.
