We are super thrilled with Sail Trailers. Spencer was very helpful in helping us decide exactly what parameters we needed for our sailboat trailer. The purchasing process was perfectly transparent and understandable. The owners of this establishment spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining how each part of the trailer functions and how to maintain each part. We have been very happy and pleased with the level of detail, friendliness and service-oriented manner in which these guys do business. We would very much recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a custom built trailer.

these people are great to do business with. they ordered me two trailer hubs. when I went to pick them up Spencer asked me if I had a way to pack the bearings? I did not except with my hands. Spencer said that was not good enough so he took and completely packed and put them together. Todd pressed them together. These are the kind of people you want to deal with..

I just purchased a 10,000 sailboat trailer from Sail Trailers to trailer anew fast race boat.I had it delivered to Michigan . When the boat was loaded on the trailer, a number of deficiencies were noticed. The boat was too high, no rear bumper, questionable reinforcements and some DOT issues. I emailed and called Sail Trailers to ask them about these issues and to get their input on how to rectify. No response.!! Days of avoiding Obviously I am not happy with the company and now have a lawyer involved. Not a good way to run a business as not only do they have an issue with me but I had others interested in similar Trailers ... Obviously lost business
Dropped my trailer off for some minor repairs prior to going on vacation for a week. Upon my return, I attempted to retrieve my trailer and was told that they hadn’t even started on it after agreeing that it would be complete. I was then told that they had a bunch of new builds in this week. When asked why they were put in front of my agreed-upon work I was told that I would have to wait until all new builder complete because that is their main business. Unless you’re buying a new trailer, don’t waste your time. Obviously they don’t understand.
