Incredible service from the first minute I walked into the store. I was never hassled to buy anything and my shopping experience was second to none. The pool table I bought was received on time and is built like a tank and will last forever. I would highly recommend Bemisters!!

Disappointed waited along time to get it installed and wen it came it was broken and couldn't be put together which means they loaded it broken attention to detail is key. So now waiting for back order stuff cause they ordered wrong sides and did nothing to make it better and just have me waiting

Worst pool experience ever spent 7000. Poor customer service, things not ordered on time and deliveries were late, waited in their store for over an hour waiting to pick up...but order was not there...for pool install Darrin Referred us to Raggucci Construction - Kenny Raggucci/Taya for install worst ever charged us 1500. For install...install was not completed... workers told me they could not stay and finish job because they had another install to do, what they did do was not done properly...after a million phone calls to Taya and to Kenny asking them to come out and fix and complete what they started, and being told several times we will be there tomorrow and not showing I finally gave up...they had my money so I guess they didn’t want to make this right... they never did come back and they also never put up the fence that went around top of pool...i called Darrin at Bemisters and he was no help at all and said he didn’t know any other installers I had to find someone else to come out And finish and correct the mess I was left with...I payed out another 1000. Wow really terrible..I got screwed royally by both companies involved! Also the pool delivered from Bemisters looks like it was a floor model or a return did not look new to me...it was filthy outside and inside...sure sell me a new pool at full price that I feel wasn’t even new
