I called today, I'm deaf. After i said my claim nbr and name, i was asking some questions. The lady went off on me saying she had to know if I was using relay or not. I know my rights and i do not have to do that and she chose to be ugly with me and she said not so nice things and making things difficult. She never stated her name til after all is said and done, I had to ask her for her name because I'm reporting her to her supervisors. Chat log has been documented and recorded. With that attidude, she should be fired. I asked for another representative, she sent me to someone that wasn't even present in the office, probally since before thanksgiving due to the answering machine saying call back after Thanksgiving week. I called again, she answers my call, but let's it sit thinking I wouldn't know she picked up, I knew, my interpreter told me. Playing the deaf like that is not cool, I can imagine her giving other deaf people bad experinces. Mary, you messed with the WRONG person! Very bad customer service.
